Paul is a writer and a rider who clearly loves cycling, holidays and cycling holidays. Writing is a fun thing, like cycling, so the two work together pretty well. Although a semi-serious rider, Paul is aware that some riders are more serious than others and as such would classify himself as a ‘self-taught-bit-of-a-hack-cyclist’, with little formal cycling training other than getting on his bike and turning the pedals – faster downhill and slower on the way up hills.
He hopes you enjoy reading and reflecting on cycling and life, but that you don’t take either too seriously. He lives by the mantra that if it is not funny then it is probably not worth saying.
